The property's location was best possible, in ballroom supposed to be in Cafe. The place had an ELEGANT atmosphere. Liked lovely bathroom and a work desk, satellite television, and a seating area in our grand villa.

Cosy private pool which we spent most of our time in.. to soak and relax.. The free upgrade was great.. We definitely appreciated the bigger room! Recommended for 2 days 1 night, short getaway.. Anything too long, you might get bored..
The room could be cleaner, but it was not too big a deal.. We could accept a little hair here and there.. afterall it's a big room, so I wouldn't blame the housekeeping..

Grand Lexis Port Dickson is a high-class hotel that offers beautiful views of the sea, making it a superb base for a holiday. the breakfast is reasonable, and the location is perfect, just a short distance from the main attractions of the resort and the beach. the à la carte restaurant nearby serves outstanding food.

my kids very much like the rooms with the attach pool. The baggies staff was very helpful & friendly..
the front desk staff was not helpful enough, they should have a convience shop, like toiletries.....on my second day of stay, i called the front desk if there is any shop which sell pad, but it disappoint me when the staff told me that there is no shop selling pad and i have to go out to get it at which is at 11pm, which is no cab around.....the worse thing about the hotel is there is no cab at all...and when ever we need to go out, we have call up the Limo to drop us which is too expensive...and the hotel need to have more restaurant or menus.....so we don't have to go out for lunch or dinner...

I don't quite favour the cold swimming pool water. I think they should install a heating device for the pool.
